Congratulations to all TORCH Music Fest 2009 performers! A night full of enormously talented teens, their dedication, hard work and performances are all to be celebrated.

Congratulations to all of the TORCH participants and BREC technical crew who worked so hard behind the scenes to make the event a huge success!

TORCH Music Fest is FOR STUDENTS - BY STUDENTS - from auditions through rehearsals to the night of the Music Fest performance, this event is entirely put together by the TORCH program participants, encouraging NYC youth to express and showcase their culture, creativity and talent.
